All products are tested and working before they are mailed out to you, however, sometimes products may get damaged when in transit.
If you have received a product by post and the product is damaged, you are to immediately contact us by phone and email to confirm the problem. Please take photos if at all possible and send them with your initial email so that we may evaluate quicker.
Keep the original box and packaging and if we ask for the package to be returned we will replace the damaged product free of charge.
We take your security seriously. We not only have our own security screening on our website but, we use PayPal, this ensures increased security and that your card cannot be seen, we double up to ensure customer safety.
AbbiCare will deliver the first service Free of charge back to base. If it is more convenient for you to have your product serviced at home then we charge a call out fee.
